Dr. Conekin and his staff are very thorough & friendly, and use state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Conekin was instrumental in saving my husbands vision after his glaucoma diagnosis and referral for surgery. I've been a patient of Dr. Conekin for about 20 years and my husband & i highly recommend him to everyone!

Have never been to a office that was so caring and professional, they provided excellent service and treatment as well as having a beautiful office. They helped me with a eye disease as well as correcting my glasses/contacts prescription. Wow I can see again!! I will not go any where else. I am sorry the other person below had a different experience, I think they are great!

Staff hung up on me several times while getting a copy of my script is like pulling teeth and staff seemed to put me on back burner or last priority because I didn't want to purchase glasses or contacts from them!Do not recommend them to anyone in Jacksonville, NC extremely unprofessional all about getting there money and not being concerned about customer service seems to be non existent!

This place used to be good. Now please beware. It took them four times to re do my glasses and they kept coming back wrong. They made me feel like an idiot the last time and told me to just get use to my defective glasses. Now I have one lens that is perfect and my left eye is blurry. I am not going back for a six time.
