Dr Terry Yang has kept me alive since 1991 it is now 2016 aft er other doctors told me I had no hope! She's the best!

Dr. Yang is one of the leading experts treating Lyme and confections. She really knows what it takes to heal very sick patients. Her courage and knowledge far outweigh her peers in San Diego. I am so much healthier after following her treatment protocols. her nurse practitioner Trang is also excellent and highly recommended.

Dr. Yang changed my daughter's life. She was diagnosed with Lyme disease her freshman year of high school. After going to many doctors, we finally found Dr. Yang. It took about two years, but she treated my daughter successfully. She was able to go off to a four year college, and her classmates couldn't believe that she had ever been sick. We were very fortunate to find her.

Dr. Yang is the BEST DR. IN THE WORLD IMO! She saved my life, and my minor son's life as well! She treats THE PATIENT, not just throwing meds at you & hoping something's better, as unfortunately happens too often in medicine. She truly cares for her patients, and has a brilliant mind. Unfortunately with Lyme Disease, which she helps us with, there are no quick or simple answers, especially due to unneccessary politics keeping funding away from real research. So, patients w/ this illness have to be "patient," until the right combo of meds for them, is found. We are so thankful for her---one of a kind. We love Dr. Yang!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yang's for 14 years. She rescued me from the depths of darkness-named Lyme Disease and co-infections. My case is chronic, since 10 previous Dr's could not daignose my illness. Dr. Yang is like no other Dr. I have seen in my lifetime of 75 years. She is fully knowledgable of my illness. She does thorough testing, as Lyme presents many different issues in the body. The symptoms must be understood in order to treat properly. Bottom line, Dr. Yang understands these various symptoms and treatments. She teaches us that one treatment pattern does not work for all. Her wealth of knowledge in this challenging disease is without measure. One must travel far to find another like her. She is keeping me alive and functional. This statement is without exaggeration!

Dr Yang has seen me through 2 majon cancers, multiple medical problems and she is always taking good care of my husband and I. Never a problem to wait she takes time with all patients, doesn't double book Her medical knowledge is mind boggling. She has been called to be Doctor.

I drove along way to see Dr Yang. After checking me in the receptionist announced that there was a problem with my insurance (which I discussed over the phone prior to the appointment and they said they took my insurance). After I saw nurse Trang Lamb they told me I had to pay $500 and they would bill my insurance and return it once they were paid. It would have been nice if they gave me the option prior to me actually seeing the nurse. I never saw the doctor which I waited months to see. Anyway she order a $700 and I was quite anxcious to get those results. Once the results came in they would not give me a copy. I called day after day and finally after interrogating the receptionist about when I could expect to get a copy if at all she stated I would get them when I get them. I feel they are holding them hostage until my next appointment even though I was assured I would get a copy on the day of my appointment.

I was recently diagnosed with Lyme Disease after a trip back East. Unfortunately there are almost NO doctors in Southern California who specialize in Lyme and I was so relieved to find out about Dr. Yang in San Diego. Unfortunately she was booked up for several months but I was able to see her Nurse Practitioner, Trang Lamb instead. Trang was VERY compassionate and knowledgeable. She must go to all the Lyme conferences that Dr. Yang goes to. I would highly recommend Dr. Yang's office (I have yet to meet the actual doctor though!) My only "complaint" I suppose, is that I had to spend the same amount of money for a Nurse Practitioner as the doctor charges. But overall, it's a great office and the main receptionist is extremely nice.
