I made an appointment for new contacts and it has now been 3 months and I still do not have new contacts. Dr. Renyolds does not know how to fit contacts. He gave me multiple pairs to try and none of them fit right or matched my prescription. I was unable to see out of any of them. After visiting the office multiple times, I just told him to give me my old prescription and forget about trying to get a new brand of contacts. When I would take my contacts out he would say " make sure you put your glasses on because you're blind without them". I don't find this funny at all. He also makes me feel uneasy when alone with him. He makes inappropriate comments and makes me, as a woman, very uncomfortable. I will be changing eye doctors. I do not recommend Dr. Renyolds.

My daughter saw this provider to get new contacts, before returning to college. Even though a new prescription was written and given to us, the request to validate the prescription has been refused by the provider two times. After paying our copayment and an additional fitting fee, we are still not able to purchase new lenses. Her old lenses are cloudy, and her vision is suffering because of their unwillingness to fill the prescription as written. When I attempted to discuss the matter with a licensed professional, rather than the office manager, that request was denied. She has no license to lose...but the doctors certainly do! Deplorable service and lack of courtesy to patients!
