Three months after seeing Dr. Delguercio as a new patient looking for a local PCP, I was suddenly and us expectantly diagnosed by another specialist with a life threatening condition which required multiple imminent surgeries. I tried calling her office, left messages with the receptionist and emailed the doctor. The receptionist said that the doctor would not talk to me over the phone, I had to make an appointment. With my sudden medical issues, being hospitalized for several weeks, not being able to drive, this was a big disappointment from a primary care physician. To this day I haven't heard a word, even though most of my medical records throughout the summer were copied to her. I have other issues too, questioning why cash payments are required up front when she is an in-network physician. I'm not talking deductibles here either. I was told to bring $150 cash to my first appointment.

I will be changing physicians. While I have not really had any issues with this physician (except the last time I saw her and she was in a big hurry and I didn't get to discuss everything I came prepared to discuss) I have a BIG issue with her "Gatekeeper" at the front desk. I cannot get through to the doctor and I have to make an appointment and come into the office even if I just have a question or just need to tell her something about an issue I had encountered during a dental procedure. I just have not really felt totally comfortable going to this office.

I do not appreciate being treated like a policy! This Dr seems more interested in following assumed ins protocals at the expense of the patient than offering effective quality med practices. First I was required to pay in cash until she received ins pmt. Then I was issued a credit which kept me returning. I asked for an MRI on my first visit and was refused b/c she claimed ins wouldn't cover it. Instead I was sent for extensive x-rays (radiation exposure), & expensive, unrelated specialists. After many months of suffering I was sent for an MRI by a different Dr. Contrary to what Dr.G-H claimed, It was fully covered by ins. It revealed the problem and I began effective treatment immediately. During my next office visit when I told her she became inflamed as if i did something wrong . She left the room in a very unprofessional manner. She was rude to me many other times too. I gave her too many chances resulting in well over a year's worth of wasted money, time and undue suffering.
