Blue Cross / Blue Shield
This place is a complete joke and a waste of time and money. Never had such poor service with a doctor! They didn't help w/any of my problem. They just like to collect money even prior to you seeing doctor. They collect money as soon as you check in for appointment and they also overcharge you. The staff especially the front desk are rude and the person responsible for billing is rude as well
