Dr.Hathaway closed his practice abruptly while I was in the middle of an "experimental" procedure. He never contacted me with an exit plan and left me with a half done mouth. I had to go to another dentist and with him I had to pay 3,000 more than the original agreement. It took him two years, he did it wrong and left me with a huge balance. I am very phobic ( he claimed to be an expert with phobics-NOT) and this made it so much worse. He also had a weird, inappropriate convo where he told me I was taking advantage of him and it was "Just a feeling I have". ???. He is a terrible dentist and has a terrible character. He shut down before he was sued and now he is trying to get a job at a hospital. I am going after his license and am contacting the three places that he applied for residency. I am disgusted.

Office will not help with billing, doctor is friendly but staff could care less
