I drove out of my county because I was not happy with the care I was getting and could not ask for a more caring doctor! Dr. Baxter delivered my baby, and did my surgeries and had no problem when I called with questions, sometimes on a monthly basis! He returns phone calls in a timely manner. Dr. Baxter and staff go out of their way and explain things in english! Recommend!!
