Dr. Lowe had to repair a procedure that was botched by another physician. He got me into surgery amazingly fast, did an excellent job, and got me back on my feet again in no time. He is a kind man, actually listens to you when you tell him something is happening in your body, and seems to enjoy his practice and the people who come to him. I highly recommend him. Very down to earth guy.
