Amazing doctor, but his secretary staff is terrible. It feels like the planets need to be aligned before they reply to your emails or pick up the phone.

I completely trust Dr.Wilets as he is very caring ,knowledgeable and compassionate with your situation. He will be there through the good and the bad. So thankful that I found Dr. Wilets, my life is much better for it.

the issue for me is this doctor was not understand how psychiatric meds work or the biochemistry behind them. He needs to go back to school.

I really like Dr. Gregory Wilets, but his secretary is atrocious. You can really only reach the office via e-mail and I remember it took about 20 e-mails for her to clarify my appointment and a prescription refill. Dr. Wilets had to cancel an appointment (which was totally understandable) but due to my busy schedule, I was unable to make a quick appt. Well, meds ran out and they wouldn't refill this time. I explained I could come in next week, just give me enough until then but she was belligerent. She spoke over me, was very rude, told me it was fine if I ran out of pills and that I could just find another doctor. I am just appalled by such customer service; no matter what a client is saying, you never speak to a patient that way.Plus, she once told me about another clients' history when said client's husband came in. Doesn't that breach HIPAA???

I was leary of seeing a male doctor but Dr Willets has been easy to talk to and confide in. I have been a patient of his for about 2yrs. Other than depression and anxiety I have other health problems [2-autoimmune related]and take quite a few medications for them. He has good knowledge of general medicine and he always inquires how I am physically and how that relates to my mental state. He values my input in regards to medication effects/side effects; not pushy like some docs. When my sig other and I were having troubles, mostly due to my medication [steroids] making me angry and impulsive, he suggested bringing her in for a counseling session. It really helped. She now knows where I am coming from and we take breaks when we are not in the right frame of mind to talk. I would definitely recommend Dr Willets to anyone seeking help for depression and/or anxiety related issues. Great doctor.

You can never reach him over the phone, which is very frustrating. Very good on double charging patients and not that easy to be reached over the phone.

I have been with Dr. Wilets for about a year now. All I can say is that he saved my job, my marriage, and my sanity. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
