Dr. Waters is amazing. He was very gentle with my octogenarian mother who was frightened of surgery and the possibility of cancer. In addition, the nursing staff was friendly and the office staff was helpful and friendly. They are busy and sometimes abrupt because they are multitasking but they do get the job done and I would choose this doc for my urologist any day of the week.

Dr. Waters is a good doctor, however, his office staff is the worst. My husband requested that his medical records be faxed to another specialist in Pensacola. We missed two appointments because his staff did not fax the records in time. I called and ask that they fax them as soon as possible, and I was answered with a rude and unprofessional answer. A girl told me that they would not release his records until the fourteen day limit is up. She said that they do not have time to fax his records to a new doctor. Unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Waters is a true jewel! In this day and age, some doctors try to rush you and brush your concerns off, but not him. It was a very refreshing experience and I actually felt very positive leaving the office. He was genuine, listened to my issues, offered a clear path to figuring out a solution, was funny and truly cared about me as a patient and his staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend his practice.

Good doctor..treats the problem, and also what causes the problem ! His nurse is great...the rest of the staff can be a little hard to deal with at times. The wait can be a little long,but your seeing a great doctor.

My husband and I found Dr. Waters to be an excellent physician. We cannot say enough good things about the care we received from him and his office staff! Anytime an individual is going through sickness, it can be very stressful. He was very knowledgeable and quickly found and treated the problem. His office staff was very warm and accommodating . We are very thankful for the kind, professional treatment we received and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I met Dr. Michael Waters while I was in the hospital for passing blood while taking warfarin. He diagnosed my situation quickly, demonstrated to the nursing staff a better way to care for me and alleviate pain and discomfort, and spoke with me at length about my prognosis. He later performed a cystoscopy, repaired my injury and I have had no problems since. He recommended a product called Cystex Cranberry rather than meds to treat recurrent UTI’s and I have had no UTI’s since.
Dr. Waters is a most competent physician and has a great bedside manner. I am impressed that his offices are not rented but rather he built the offices and owns the property. I like doing business with people who invest and believe in our community the way Dr. Waters does. He is a credit to his profession and to our community as well.

My husband held Dr. Michael G. Waters in the highest esteem. When I was diagnosed with bladder cancer I was pleased Dr. Waters would be my physician. In the past year I have come to know, not only Dr. Waters, but also his highly skilled staff. My needs are met with their compassionate care, ability to communicate, respect and knowledge. His staff is constantly changing on a month to month basis, expect to wait at least 30 minutes in the lobby, followed by over an hour in the room. I finally was referred to another urologist by my internal medicine dr. after cultures that my insurance did not cover, nor were not your typical, routine cultures only to have no followup and to discover that everything they treated me for was wrong. Dr. Waters personality was great on most occasions but in my opinion, he is too busy to see ppl in a timely manner, nor followup after the initial visit. His office staff is rude and his office unclean.

Dr. Waters and his staff are the best! I had a large prostate for years and finally agreed to surgery. He recommended and pergormed green light surgery and now I am a new man.
