We were visiting Palm Springs from Canada. Wife fell and broke both her wrists on a Sunday. Saw Dr. Duffner the next day. Explained out of country and urgent need for consultation report. Promised for Tuesday, the next day. Called Tuesday, Wednesday......It is now one week later, still no consultation report....still no return phone call. We returned to Canada on the Thursday and my wife was operated on yesterday.

This doctor is the worst! Makes big mistakes and then blames the patient! His staff doesn't answer the phone or puts you on hold for 15 minutes. They truly do not care about the patients. The doctor has become very cocky and incompetent in his old age. If he ever did it well, know he has lost his touch. Stay far away from this doctor!!!!
