Cigna
Assistant to the surgeon who did my daughters emergency surgery. I NEVER met the man during the time in the hospital. Bill was $1500 - they sent me bills immediately even though it was processing through Cigna. Cigna paid but by the time they paid their share, I was already threatened to be sent to collection agency. ALL other physicians wait until insurance processed. Not this guy. Next time even in an emergency situation I am asking and will NEVER agree to this guy as a surgeon. Valley Hospital should be ashamed to be affliated with him.
