Dr. Walker told my patient and his wife that he had cancer up to the a$$$$$ but using the rude word. "Usted tiene cancer hasta en el culo". That's about the worst way to tell someone such bad news.

I have never encountered such a rude receptionist. Unprofessional is too good of a comment for her. Does not care about patients needs. She abrupt, rude, cold hearted. Some people need to recognize where they work. If they do not have compassion for the patients in the office then they should rethink their profession.

Complete disrespect for patients time. I made an appointment and showed up early, only to find out the doctor had not arrived yet. They did not know when he would be there either. I was told to wait like everyone else. The waiting room was absolutely full, no available chairs. The other people had obviously been waiting even longer than me, with no end in sight. Ironically the room was so full, especially with Covid protocols papered all over the walls, describing how important it was to keep social distancing. This in a room where 25 people sit arm to arm, waiting and breathing in a tiny room for hours. The whole set up is a joke. People deserve better. I wish they would demand to be treated with dignity and respect. I felt none waiting for this doctor who wouldn’t bother to show up.

The visit was an awful experience.This doctor do es not try to help or educate the patient, just to criticize anda harass. This individual should not be practicing Medicine since he hates his patients.

Secretary is very difficult, (rude... rough... acid...) but dr. walker is very polite, sweet and dedicated and so is his nurse
