Dr. Neithardt is a kind and compassionate physician who has given us the gift of our family. We are so grateful to her. We have been to other offices in the past and were very dissatisfied with the care. We went through IVF with Dr. Neithardt and we have never regretted it! We highly recommend her!

We have been with Dr Neithardt for more than 10 months. During this time we met her 2 times (excluding the first introductory visit)while going through the fertility treatment. Both times visit was initiated by us. There was literally no follow ups from her side. Her patient coordinators makes decisions on her behalf without even consulting her. I would acknowledge that she spends enough time with patients, but I started having serious doubts on her knowledge.
Staff: Overall staff is ok. Very impersonal though.
Punctuality: Always waited >45 mins beyond the appointment time
Helpfulness: I don't know what this metric means but if it means to have follow ups etc. that was terrible
Knowledge: I have family of doctors, unfortunately mostly outside US. When I got a second opinion I was shocked to know that even though there were red flags back in January, we were never called to discuss change of treatments. We kept getting same treatment until I asked for a visit and took my sister who was visiting from India (She is OBGYN) Then I realized that I should have been contacted back in January. I will not recommend RAD to anyone.

I always felt at home at RAD. Dr. Neithardt guided me through my entire experience, along with the rest of her staff. I always had my questions answered and the emotional support I needed to complete my journey to motherhood. I am forever grateful and indebted to then for making my dream of being a mommy come true.

Dr. Neithardt is fantastic. She and the other doctors and staff at Reproductive Associates were very supportive and caring through the treatments we underwent to get pregnant with both our children. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from infertility.

I would absolutely agree with the previous post. She is wonderful, kind, and genuine. She is not always prompt but you know that when she gets to you, she will take all the time you need to answer all questions and help you through the process. I can't recommend her enough. Most of the office staff is great (one or two complaints but I've been there 100 times).

An amazing doctor!!! She is compassionate, helpful, and very professional! While you may wait a bit for your appointment it is always because she gives each patient her all and does not rush through anything. She is a lovely woman and a fine doctor. WE LOVE HER!!!!
