Dr. Wallis was on call for my primary Dr. It was an emergency type of situation - and I had to seek other medical help and put in another message for them to call me after waiting 40 minutes. In route to the emergency room per the nurse at work advice - I rec'd a call from Dr. Wallis office, nurse Diane, and I promptly notified them of my condition. Dr. Wallis nurse put me on hold then came back and told me to take two tylenol and go home and rest and call my general physician in the morning. I could not believe it and asked were they sure I should not come in to see Dr. Wallis or go to the emergency room? They said no. I did not take their advice and was admitted in the Austin Heart Hospital of Austin within the hour. I had a serious condition and a small blood clot in my left atrial. I would not recommend Dr. Wallis under any circumstance. He could have very well cost me my life or a stroke at the very least
