This was an awful experience! Went there for routine eye exam and had them speak with my insurance to make certain the insurance would cover it prior to service. Everything was fine, I got my exam and they billed my insurance as a medical procedure and not a routine eye exam. Because it was billed as a medical procedure and not a routine eye exam my insurance had problems with it. I called and spoke with a cocky/rude receptionist that said the bill is your responsibility and needs to be payed soon or it's going to collections. My insurance said they will pay, it but it will take a while for them to complete an investigation. So guess what! I am going to end up having to pay for it, then insurance will eventually pay them and they will either keep the check or send it back and I get screwed. They were not even willing to work with me on the situation. *******PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND GO ELSE WHERE*************
