It's all about the money. Double charged for a physical and a office visit when I thought I was going in for my free annual physical. Don't fill out any forms when you get there or ask any questions. You can common sense answers. Said because I have existing medical conditions the doctor has to write more so they need more money and charged for a office visit as well. Physicals should be free regardless of existing medical conditions.

Dr Nguyen failed to ask questions about my cardiac history when he was the doctor on call and I called about profuse GI bleeding (more than 12 hours). He failed to followup my call and did not enter a note in my record for my regular doctor. Two days later I was hospitalized through the ER and spent 3 days in Intensive Care. I am well educated, articulate, and speak English as my first language. I could have answered any questions that he asked. His lack of knowledge/experience/interest resulted a hospital stay that was probably not needed. Had I been sent to the ER immediately, I might not have needed to be placed in the ICU, nor to have stayed so long. When I complained to my regular physician, I was put off and told that Dr. Nguyen has some health issues and should be forgiven for his failure to inquire into my history and his failure to direct me to the ER or to followup with my GP.
