This Doctor is always on time but somehow manages not to rush me. She is sometimes booked out kinda far, but she has been at this clinic for decades and has a lot of patients. Yea, unless they are at an ER or hospital, doctors like any one else, can decline new business. The other review looks like it's from a disgruntled staff member.

As a provider, you're #1 concern/ job is to assist patients. I understand that there are some MDs who are sensitive to children or a specific gender, but your preferred type of patient should be establish as you move into a new clinic. This provider is too picky. Mary Nesvig use to attend to male and female patients as well as children. As of this year, (2015) she wants to no longer see any new male patients and she tried to fight seeing ALL her male patients all together. This is not fair to her male patients, some who have seen only her and made her their primary. She also is no longer seeing any establish patients who do not have her as a primary which makes her schedule very open, about 2-3 weeks open. This can be upsetting due to the fact that there are patients who have to wait 2+ weeks to see their primary when they can easily see her for a simple diabetes f/u or even an acute appointment when all the acutes are taken per MD. For patients who have never been to our clinic before, she is no longer seeing them either. To summarize, she only wants to see HER establish patients, she will NOT do male CPE (full physicals or pre-ops) and she won't take any new patients.
