Unfortunately, my mother is disappointed with Dr. Mota and her staff. To begin with, she's not a new patient of Dr. Mota. Last week Thursday 5/09 my mother starting having excruciating pain on her bottom teeth and gums. She contacted Dr. Mota's office and requested to seen immediately but was told by the receptionist Dr. Mota had patients already scheduled and would see her Thursday 5/16 (IN 1 WEEK). My mother was in disbelieve and begged to be seen sooner because she could not bear the agonizing pain she was under. My mother is a 73-year-old senior. The receptionist then told her the soonest date she had was for Monday 5/13. Yet the office is open Thursday, Friday, & Saturday. What professional dentist and staff do this? This is cruel, this is neglect, & very unprofessional. And this is how they serve their patients? Well,​ my mother couldn't wait. Thankfully she was able to find a dentist with heart and compassion who saw her IMMEDIATELY as a first-time patient. And as for the excruciating, agonizing pain she had turned out to be an infection. Happy to say my mother is no longer a patient of Dr. Mota.
