After an appointment to address several issues I was having (as a typically young, healthy 28 yr. old), such as sudden/severe difficulty walking, extreme unintentional/unexplained weight loss, and extreme fatigue, Dr. Villalobos told me I was just fine and that I should just "go to the gym." Realizing he was out of his mind, I got a second opinion the very next day. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Neuropathy, and an enlarged, fatty liver. According to the summary of Dr. Villalobos' work that was provided as a pamphlet by the clinic he worked at, Dr. Villalobos' specialty is diagnosing Diabetes. To top it all off, his first comment to me, after coming in the exam room and reading my chart, was "Eww, you have that icky Medicaid." These are NOT the words of an earnest, compassionate doctor. If I had listened to this obvious sell-out of a doctor, I could be dead. Do not use his services if you want a fair and honest medical opinion.
