I have been going to Dr. Fradkin for many years for my eye care. He is a true professional, and he takes the time with his patients to ensure they receive the best care and to answer any concerns that they may have. I can honestly say that Dr. Fradkin is the best, and his staff is too!

He's a terrific optometrist, very knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated to the science and to his patients. Whole family has been going here for years (yes, we all eventually needed glasses...) I still get compliments on my glasses, and they've been surprisingly durable. The support staff is helpful and personal: Brian never gives up on my crooked ears and Joanne always seems on top of our insurance, which changes all too frequently. We are pretty lucky to have this practice in Central Mass.

We've been seeing Dr. Fradkin for years. We've always been seen promptly and courteously. Joanne knows us by first name now, and makes pleasant conversation while we wait. We've never had a problem getting an appointment. The whole family needs glasses, and we've always had thorough exams and personal attention in choosing and fitting the frames properly. Everyone in the office is friendly and pleasant to work with.

We are new to MA & had hoped to find a local optometrist after Northbridge HS informed us of our sons vision screening problem. Seemed like a good idea to find a local in-network provider for the entire family. I visited providers office personally & was grudgingly attended to by JoAnn. In JoAnn's presence, I contacted Anthem, confirmed coverage &set up appts. A couple of days prior to my appt JoAnn called to say Anthem was saying our visits wouldn't be covered. Called Anthem & they got JoAnn on conference call; turned out JoAnn messed up-coverage was NOT a problem. But JoAnn was "too busy" to remain on conference call to confirm coverage for remaining family members. Once again, Anthem verified coverage for ALL family members and my follow up attempts to contact Dr afterward went unanswered. Too many red flags...even if Dr Fradkin is the best optometrist ever, his staff is pathetic-lazy, rude & incompetent. If your time has NO value to you Dr Fradkin is the perfect Dr for you
