If I could put no stars I would. This physician refused to see me on a follow up appointment because she found out I went for a second opinion. Horrible!!!!

My husband has been a patient of dr. Mikhail's for almost 15 years. She is a nice doctor and seems to care about her patients. This review is about her staff. Unfortunately her staff are the laziest bunch of uncaring, unfriendly, unhelpful women I have even encountered. Getting a prescription mailed out takes over 3 weeks. We went to pick up the prescription after waiting 3 weeks and were told by a staff member that she personally mailed it out only to find out 5 minutes later the prescription was still sitting on the desk in front of her. The staff could care less about the patients and get annoyed when they have to answer questions. We are changing endocrinologists because of the horrible staff employed by Dr. Mikhail. We have told her numerous times about the treatment by her staff and nothing has been done. My brother who was a doctor at Winthrop University Hospital told me that the staff are unionized and therefore aren't afraid of losing their jobs because they will be backed by their union. Horrible is the only word to describe that nonsense. Oh well. Goodbye Dr. Mikhail.

I have been going to Dr. Mikhail for close to 15 years. She's very friendly and and seems very knowledgable although she doesn't offer much information when reviewing your lab results. I've learned to just trust her since I haven't had any issues.

Dr. Mikhail is an extremely warm and caring doctor. She addressed all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and was able to effectively treat me for my problems. She is caring and very knowledgable, competent and professional. I have not had any problems with the office staff and although they may not be the best l, which office staff is perfect, especially working under a big hospitsl business? They are comparatively good as I have seen so much worse. Overall, Dr. Mikhail has been one of my favorite doctors and I look forward to going to see her.

I definitely recommend NOT seeing this doctor. She is extremely unprofessional and has very poor bedside manner.

Im not sure how this woman passed medical school. She told me my adrenal glands were secreting hormones and when i asked why she said she doesnt know. I had to call the office fice times in one day before getting a call back. Very uninformed about everything and very unprofessional.

Dr. was knowledgable and somewhat caring even though she did not volunteer information, had to ask questions to find out what was going on. Nurse Assistant OK, but Office Staff was awful! They never called anyone back, gave out wrong information, wouldn't listen to what you were saying as they felt they knew better and overall they were very argumentative, looking for a fight. For this reason I would not go back. If I was treated like this from the beginning, what happens when I really need help them?

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I was told by her staff that she "washed her hands of me" after I chose to get a second opinion for my illness. When I returned to get medical assistance because I was quite ill I was told I was dropped as a patient. Unbelievably unprofessional. I would not want another patient to go through what I went through with this doctor.
