If you are a new immigrant, if you are an Asian, if you don't speak perfect English, I highly recommend you do not go to this place. People will treat you very unequally in a bad way. They will greet every one but you, they will offer drinks nicely to every one but you. It might be just because I am an Asian. I have been there many times every time it happened like that. I noticed they just forget to greet my and offer me drinks each time and after I sat down there are always at least two and three customers walking in after me. Then they greeted those customers and offer drinks nicely. I really do not need anything to drink. However, the attitude is really unacceptable. I suspect they have kind of prejudice on Asians. Very uncomfortable being treated unequally.

Awesome staff and facility - all digital stuff. I was reall anxious and Dr. Schleicher used some medicine to relax and sedate me so the crown and root canal procedure went real smooth and I just slept through it. Rosanne explained all my insurance coverages. Highly recommend - my whole family goes there now. M Deer Houston, Texas 77024.

Not punctual. I had to wait for about 30 minutes with a numb mouth while the dentist was away treating another patient. I need to get fillings done and this was performed very well with NO pain whatsoever. However, my mouth remained numb for at least 5 hours afterwards, so I think he may have gave me too much of the desensitize shot.
