I was charged $35 for my SDI paperwork, they told me it would be 5 to 7 days and today is day 9 and it still is not done. When you PAY for a service, you expect to have it done.

Dr Dhalla was very nice and thorough but he has lost me as a patient because his staff is soooo inept.

dr. dhalla is great. he gave me a patella stabilizer brace and my knee is back to normal. now i am playing high school football. i never thought the knee would recover so well from a patella dislocation.

The office manager is the rudest woman alive. The staff will book appointments without your knowledge and then attempt to charge you when you show up for your next scheduled appointment. They will try to charge you for things your insurance has already covered as well. Dr. Dhalla is awesome, so it is too bad his staff is engaged in nickel and dime practices. I heard from an inside source that the mother (wife of his father who is also in the practice) wants it that way and runs things behind the counter with an iron fist.
