LOVE this doctor! Professional and friendly; fast without being abrupt, and completely thorough. I feel absolutely safe and cared for in her hands. I have absolutely no problem at all recommending her for any kind of surgery she does.

I have been to see Dr. Naranjo 4 times in the past year due to an ongoing health issue concerning my intestines. She has been nothing but compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in my dealings with her. I could not recommend her more highly. I trust my life with her. She is funny and compassionate, a great combination! I don't know why somebody would post a bad review, except maybe they didn't get the news they wanted to hear. I have seen many doctors over the past 10 years, and I rate Dr. Naranjo right there among the top three. It is too bad that we aren't allowed to post more details about our cases. Some people need to have more hand-holding then others I guess.

My experience with Dr. Naranjo was terrible. The only good thing was not waiting that long. It was a complete waste of my time, she only saw me for 5 min! and I asked her a question and her response was "you need to see a plastic surgeon" and walked out of the room.... No goodbye or have a nice day. Overall, she is not professional and treats her patients poorly. Act like you want to help them! Instead of being so concerned when the last appointment is.

I love Dr. Naranjo! She is very knowledgeable and direct. I could ask a question and get an answer, including if she didn't know the answer. She was also willing to give her own opinion on what she'd do in my situation or if someone close to her was. I felt totally comfortable with her and safe in trusting myself to her expertise. I even got compliments on my scar (mastectomy) after!

Excellent doctor! I was nervous for my procedure, but after a brief consultation, I felt confidence in her and for me. I highly recommend her to my freinds and family members. Straightforward and honest. Good sense of humor, and intense. I liked her confidence and knowledge, and appreciated her kindness and care.

Carol Narango is the best dr. I have gone too. She is so down to earth, direct, very knowledgeable, understanding,excellent surgeon, precise, and also funny. I am so glad I had her as my doctor. I won't use anyone else. She does it all!

The worst doctor I ever had in my life.She doesn't have ANY BED MANNERS at all.First of all,she never told me what my treatment options are.When she was done performing the procedure-hemorroid incision,she left the room so quickly(I was her last patient)without making sure that I’m well enough to go home.She told me I can drive by myself after the procedure,I shouldn’t take any pain killers, and...benadryl(!?)is the only medication I should take.It was a miracle that I didn’t have a car accident.After calling her and complaining about the pain,she told me that she doesn’t know why I have such a bad reaction,and it could be just from my anxiety.I ended up calling 911 because of the bleeding and pain I had 30min later.The doctor and all the nurses at emergency room could not believe what they heard and saw.Just a simple ice pack and a pain medication right after the procedure could’ve helped me,but Dr. Naranjo was not professional enough to know that.
