The front staff is horrible. Very insensitive and create a real barrier to seeking the help of any of the medical professionals in the back office. Thanks goodness for the portal so that you can actually get a message to the medical staff. With a high risk pregnancy, you would expect a more prompt compassionate front staff. There are a lot of unemployed people out there, time to clean house in my opinion

She explains things in a way that you can understand. A very careing and compassionate person. Makes you feel at ease and that you are a person, not a number. The staff were all pleasant and upbeat. I was anxious when I was getting ready for surgery, but it soon passed as I was taken care of, by the supporting staff. I was told that I would get my results on Monday, but Dr. Bingaman called me early on Sat. To let me know. This was a great relief to me, not to have to wait over the weekend. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I received!

On my first visit I felt like I had known her for a long time. Not arogant or pompous. Explained things in 'layman' language and had the time to answer questions. A real sweetie.
