Dr. Provenzano and his staff have been very helpful. Staff took the extra time to explain the procedure and Dr. Provenzano took the extra time to answer all of my questions. I would recommend him.

I was very pleased with Dr. Provenzano and his staff was alright but after 3 years of working with his office I was told in 2015, after a preauthorization had already been completed by my insurance, to just call when I was ready for surgery. Apparently a year later he and his assistant had a change of heart and decided that it wasn't worth their time because they wouldn't get paid enough. Their contract, signed by Dr. Provenzano, prevents him from billing for what insurance doesn't pay. I guess a lot can change in a year but I wouldn't count on them for the integrity. Everyone I talked to prior to seeing him had nothing but good things to say but after my experience I would laugh in their faces.

At the consultation, he was very laid back and casual, not your typical office visit but my two teenagers liked him. He offered local or sedation. We chose local due to costs of having both kids' wisdom teeth removed. On the day, I called regretting the choice but was reassured by staff who were very informative and kind. My teens were placed in rooms beside each other and they allowed us parents to be in the rooms throughout the procedure. I was surprised at how the staff calmed my anxious kids- the Laughing has helped. They did great and Dr. Provenzano was quick as well as humorous. My teens laughed and later said it wasn't bad. We received a kit with detailed instructions, prescriptions, gauze and their teeth- they elected to keep. By the time we had both settled at home we received a phone call by Dr. Provenzano himself checking on how they were doing. I would and have recommended him to others.
