She’s kind, she listens to all your problems and makes sure to address all of your concerns. She takes her time with you and makes you feel important, not just like another number to check off the list. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but I don’t mind because I know it’s only because she gives each patient the attention they deserve.

Had the 1st appt of her day and the dr didn't show up for over 40 minutes. I can't count how many time we had to wait for this doctor to show up for her appt. Thought this pattern would change with the management but it hasn't. Half of the staff is always laughing and talking when 1 or 2 of them are just rude and nasty to patients they don't like.
