He was bored and indifferent. I wanted to discuss options and after we discussed options, he referred me to someone else. No exam other than a minimal exam at first visit, no x-ray, he took my word for what was wrong with my feet. Did not think he respected me as an individual. For my co-pay I would expect more than a 5 minute, at most, discussion and a dismissal with a referral. If he knew that he didn't do the type of surgery I might require, he should have told me at the first visit, so I could look for someone who did that type of surgery. My vet is better, more respectful and interested in my dog than he was to me.
