Dr Phillips did my knee replacement July 2017. He was wonderful. In 2019 I had to have a muscle reattached in my elbow via a screw. He did this as well. I highly recommend him to all my friends. Recently one friend had him do a hip replacement and she was equally delighted with him.

Dr Phillips is an outstanding doctor. My knee replacement surgery has healed wonderfully well. He is just exceptional in all ways. I trust him and his staff completely.

cannot say enough good things about Dr. Phillips! My husband had knee replacement the end of June 2018, dreading it all the way!..... WOW , was Dr. Phillips great. Just 3 months later my husband was ready to ahead with the 2nd knee replacement !...… just top notch, WONDERFUL surgeon, doctor, and medical friend! Always listening for any questions and willing to spend the time to make sure all needs are met..... his staff is also exceptional...……. We are SO blessed to have them in our city!

Dr. Phillips and his staff especially his nurse Julie are simply outstanding .Dr Phillips did a total knee replacement in August of this year and I am so so very happy. I can't thank him and his staff enough thank you for giving me my freedom to move around back. Not only does he know what he's doing and is good at it but he takes the time to listen and make you feel comfortable he's the best!,,😄

Dr. Phillips did successful hip replacements on both hips. He was very attentive, a straight shooter, and was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him!

Dr Phillips is amazing. Performed hip replacement. Was very attentive, never seemed rushed or anxious. Hospital stay was pleasant. Great Dr!!
