Dr Trainor is a true prefessional. He is caring, empathetic, and understands how to explain (in layman's terms) what needs to be done to correct a problem. He is thorough and my grandmothers hip & femur surgery went great. After the surgery she had very little pain and her recovery was monitored closely to ensure success in a full recovery. I highly reccomend using Dr. Trainor if you are in need an excellent Orthopedic surgeon.

I accidentally left a review under Timothy, but my review was intended to Michael, I visited the office so far 3 times, first time only saw the PA, had x ray and they put on a knee brace( not really a knee problem) just found out yesterday they charged me $1000 for a KNEE BRACE, probably the most expensive in the planet. Came back with MRI and saw the doctor for maybe 10 min, seems like we are interrupting his life with our problems... he almost missed a small fracture in my tibia had to look again after I complain about pain. He doesn't really explained anything just said keep off your feet for 3 months come in 6 wks, came back for 3rd visit only saw the PA again, and because he noticed my knee brace he assumed I had a knee problem, didn't bother to READ my chart, they shovel you in a room I almost slept after waiting, he barely spoke had another Xray saw nothing and dismissed my questions just saying come back in another 6 wks. They have so many appointments so why bother with few of us . Just stuff the insurance with overpriced STUFF, according with my bill! The staff is a contest of who is the most unkind and dismissive of all. About his knowledge I cannot tell, they barely looked at me and never touched my knee like previous doctors.

He is the best physician in any specialty I have ever encountered! He fused my L5-S1 with a total, successful recovery. My back is perfect due to his skill and expertise. Unfortunately, he has moved from Prescott, Az to Las Vegas, but I would go to Vegas for his care and treatment in a heartbeat!

They gave me a first appt within two hours of my call for 6pm (AFTER hours!) to treat my back pain. they wanted paperwork filled out before the appt so the receptionist offered to drive to my house, help me fill it out and bring it (and me) back for the appt. she offered before knowing where i live! At my appt, two kind staff met me in the parking lot offering help. Trainor was superb. Calm, careful, empathetic, warm, professional, competent, comprehensive. He spent from 6 - 7pm explaining everything in great details with great empathy. He provided a clear path forwards and Rx solutions for my pain. A week later we reconvened and again he spent over an hour with me. I did have to wait but i understood he spends an hour or more with EVERY patient! His care, concern, expertise were top-rate. Superb. Both Trainor and staff are professional, organized, empathetic, fast, engaged, personable, responsive. Clear communications, personalized service. above/beyond the call of duty in every way.
