Terrible, terrible experience here! If you like to be treated with absolute disrespect, and belittled by the staff, this is the place to go! The receptionist is one of the nastiest women I have ever encountered, and the doctor is very unprofessional! Please avoid. I wouldn't wish this experience upon my worst enemy! Staff is absolutely abusive! I truly sympathize with the previous reviewers. Truly a terrible place! They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people!!

Had terrible experience before here to as well as family but my insurance is limited and being diabetic no choice to go in. Well call to verify with his awefull rude wife, that they so take my insurance and told yes in full. So go in and get exam and he sees I had a specialist do full exam few months ago so tells me I don't want to waste my time and he just does exam for prescription and has me pick out glasses all while I sit though the horrible BO stench from him. After 2 weeks today get call from wife to go pick up glasses and "Pay" ask what why? She tells me Insurance does not cover exam. I said I could not pay and should not have to anyway as I verified with her and Insurance that it was 100% covered. Well she says whatever I will turn you into collections then. At this point I am screwed as only 1 time every 2 years will insurance pay anyways. So call insurance who verify yes they will pay for glasses and for full exam every bit of it. I call back to office Dr. Answers whom I do agree with previous reviewer has bipolar and temper issues, violant temper. He tells me very very RUDELY that my glasses are being sent back and I need to find a new Doctor. Then slams phone down hanging up. I need to know to protect my good credit if I AM BEING TURNED IN FOR NOT PAYING seeing how wont even give me my glasses if I do pay, which at this point I had borrowed money as need them badly. I call back and his receptionist "wife" answers All crazy acting and screams at me, and tells me if I ever call again I am getting arrested. Seriously this is a doctors office and I am a Patient. I call cops who tell me yes they can do that so just leave it alone. So I am left still not knowing if going to collections for something I did not even get. I call insurance back who quickly let me know They paid for my exam and my eyeglasses but not the vision exam for script as my backup insurance paid that. Funny thing guys is remember HE DID NOT DO THE FULL Exam. All he did was the vision exam for script, so He gets paid for glasses and exam He did not supply me with. And I am out for 2 more years. He covered his rear by threatening me with police if I call back there. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS.

olar has a really bad attitude and a very violent temper would not recommend this eye doctor to my worst enemy beware stay away from this eye doctor.staff is also very rude go figure recepsionest is the doctors wife probably because nobody else wants to work for this lousy excuse for a doctor

AVOID this place!! The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional,and belittling. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully in my life!! The average wait is over an hour, the receptionist is extremely rude and rolls her eyes all the time. She is very curt and cold. She is really rude on the phone when you call!! The person who helped us with our glasses was VERY rude and wouldn't let us look at anything or take time with us. She was very impatient with my kids. One of my daughters was diagnosed with lazy eye by the DR. We went to a specialist who told us she did not have lazy eye!! This is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE place!!!!! I felt like I was treated terrible because I had Medicaid for insurance.

If you like waiting in his office for close to an hour every time you come in then this is the place to go. As I sat in his office I overheard an elderly customer complaining about not being able to see very good with his new glasses. The customer said they could see a lot better with their older glasses, the staff treated this man with disrespect and almost acted like he didn't know what he was talking about. Bottom line do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The dr didn't even remember that I was there much less why I was there. I waited over an hour after my appointment time for a ten minute follow-up. I was berated, belittled, and yelled at during my appointment. This dr is unprofessional and unkind. I would discourage anyone from going here.

The "Doctor" was rude and VERY unprofessional!! Made politically incorrect comments and treated patients poorly based on their health insurance information. BEWARE!!
