I went to see Dr. Heineman for intense pain and the staff scheduled a CT scan for over a week away. I scheduled one myself for the next day at the same hospital that they scheduled with. After the CT scan, Dr. Heineman never got back to me. The pain got worse and I went to the ER so I could get results from the CT scan. In all of this, Dr. Heineman never got back to me- the best they did was his office staff called me the next day to tell me the same thing the ER Dr. told me. The staff is awful and complains about having to deal with my insurance, which is Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Bottom line, go somewhere else.

Got a Vascectomy by Dr. Heineman. I was insanly nervous and the doc was awesome. He explained everything and was very personable. I had a issue that is pretty common following the procedure and Dr. Heineman made it a point to keep seeing me until the issue was resolved. And on all those visits he charged zero copay....he really is a great doctor and seems like a genuinely nice guy. I would recommend him and his office to anybody looking for a Urologist.
