Staff has been very helpful. My waits to see the doctor have been short, apps ten minutes or less. I have been to see him at least eight times now with advanced arthritis in my knees. He has given me both the synovial fluid shots and cortisone and is very skilled, causing little discomfort. He has been very patient with my questions and willing to support me in trying different treatments to avoid knee replacement. Now that the surgery appears to be unavoidable I have confidence that he will choose a suitable device and preform the surgery well. I will let you know in two months how it turns out.

Dr. Hatton was very unhelpful to me. When we first met his PA came in the room and told us he was very busy and would be in in about a half hour. Five minutes later this guy walks in and starts unwrapping my hand and examining my hand and never once introduced himself. After asking if he was Dr. Hatton he gave me a very sarcastic reply of, "Nope, im just some guy off of the street". Then after going home in a cast, about two days later i woke up in the middle of the night and could not feel my fingers. On a sheet of paper that he gave me it said to imediately come in to see him if this happened or go to an ER or Instacare. I called the ER at 130 am and they said to come in so they could cut it off. Instead of going in and paying them to cut it off i did it myself. I then called first thing monday morning and left him a message. I had to call on tuesday to find out that Dr. Hatton refused to see me any longer due to "unwillingness to follow the treatment plan" What a joke!
