Dr. Rance and his staff have no respect for your time. Either that or they like to make you make repeated trips so they can collect as many co-pays as possible. Despite repeated requests to schedule a single appointment that would allow for plenty of time to take care of all my needs which included some removals. Dr. Rance and his staff only scheduled a short appointment that did not allow time to remove a skin tag and freeze remove some skin lesions. He said I could either get a full body review or get the removal work taken care of. I chose the review as I have had squamous cell skin cancer and had some spots that I was concerned about. He tried to schedule a follow up appointment, but I told him that I would not be back. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS ONLY WHAT CAN BE DONE ON HIS SCHEDULE!

Methodical. I too experienced that he is not simply a pusher for the pharmaceutical houses. He was all about finding the cause, rather than simply masking it and leaving the problem to repeat itself and then manage. He can prescribe the correct product to relieve the immediate problem. A good practitioner.

Have been patient for number of years. always get in to see dr. quickly after making appt. have had trouble with nurse returning calls. that is my only complaint

The best way to describe Dr. Rance and his staff is...amazing. He was the first doctor to take me seriously and dive into the problem instead of just handing out prescriptions. His staff is always friendly and efficient, and the professional bedside manner of both Dr. Rance, his nurses and his office staff is refreshing. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room AND in the exam room.
