This is hands down the best PCP I have ever had, you will never feel rushed he is very thorough and attentive, staff are all very nice. You might have to wait for your appointment to see Dr.Hornell but its because he is so thorough, I have never met another Dr that takes his time like he does. If your looking for a thoughtful, caring Physician this is your Dr.

This is a fantastic clinic! Dr. Hornell is very knowledgable and caring. His PA A. Jackson is a great asset to the clinic as well. All staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Am very pleased with choosing Dr. Hornell as our families PCP.

Dr. Hornell is very honest and seems knowledgeable. He takes time to listen. I also had an issue with excessive cost and he performed labs at no cost to offset what I thought was excessive fees for a previous visit.
