Terrible with patients. The whole office is rude and condescending. Dr. Peery may be a great doctor but I'll never know. He is so busy selling CPAP machines that he won't take time to speak with me about my symptoms. My last tele-med appointment was all about the CPAP and selling me another sleep study. So, I made an appointment for today (18th on January). I have the voicemail message calling to confirm my appointment today so don't even try and blame it on me. The worst part is she never even identified herself, never acted like she cared that they wasted my time coming for an appointment when their office was closed, and talked down to me the entire time. I haven't received a phone call or email about getting supplies for my CPAP machine since July of 2020, so they don't really seem to care about anything after the sell of the machine and the charge to my insurance company.

So far I'm not impressed. I have 3 dr recommendations and records sent requesting he eval and treat me for insomnia as sleep apnea etc has been eliminated. So far he has decided I don't make the grade to see him. My ENT doesn't have the skill set to continue with insomnia issues but I guess he's not interested in adding to his patient load. I respect the decision to decide who see/not see, but please read all the materials sent by ALL doctors, not just one graph.

My sleep apnea issues were fully dealt with. The staff was great. My machine works fabulously.

Dr Peery was very nice, answered all my questions. Took time with me to make sure I understood the sleep study and the treatment.

Wonderful, friendly doctor. Spent a lot of time with me for the exam and to explain and discuss options. Then spent more time to explain and discuss options following tests. Highly recommend.
