Dr. Fulton seems to be an okay dentist. He does not, however, seem to be an okay person. He is quick to judge patients and their ability to pay top dollar. Costly procedures are suggested, regardless of condition of teeth. If there is any question about your insurance, he leaves the room. And he made me feel, as a patient, that I didn't even know how to properly brush my teeth. Dr. Fulton was demeaning and very unprofessional in his assessment of my teeth.
