after 20 years of going to Wendy and in a major screw up of her office staff staff- I am having to leave her care. I asked to have the Dr call when she had time to discuss what happened and how poorly it had been handled. That was Friday at noon. this is Monday at 6:pm. I don’t think she cares that she has lost this patient.

Dr. Parsons was the only eye dr to correctly identify my daughters eye problem. I've seen several other eye doctors, but she was the only one able to help my child! Dr Parsons and her staff are great with kids too!

This optometrist wasted my time by giving me an eye test when she knew she did not have the medical knowledge to treat my serious eye problem. I told them on the phone what my problem was and they took me as a patient knowing they could do nothing for me. Just wasted my time and money. Avoid this office if you have serious eye problems.
