Rude staff and rude doctor. The facility was outdated, unclean, and simply put just gross.

He is wonderful! I have been going to Dr. Collet for years with my mom and grandma. He is always very accommodating and humorous! My grandma loves going to Dr. Collet!

Horrible experience. Dr. very rude, no bed side manner at all.Very gruff and never looked us in the eye. Not caring at all! He hever did any type of exam, just talked about insurance and money! How can a Dr. determine what type of care is needed if they never look or examine the patient??? Very bad experience! Stated false information about my insurance and my coverage without even checking with them first.
Seemed to care much more about payment then anything else. Do not go to this DR.

I was not happy with him. My paperwork for orthodics kept getting lost; my messages regarding my reinstatement of medi-cal kept getting lost; my questions regarding my orthodics never seemed to get back to me; however, I was being called weekly regarding my small balance that my Medicare didn't pay (I knew it would be back dated by Medi cal, I was awaiting them), however this message never seemed to be on my chart; (this was less than $25.00), also I was very impressed with his staff the first time I went to see him (brand new girl who just moved here, had previously worked for a foot Dr. she was there less than one week and really on the ball), less than 1 month later she was replaced by 2 office girls who didn't know their right hand from their left (and I don't really believe it was their fault, I believe they were not being trained properly) or perhaps this Dr. is not easy to work with. I've moved on to another Dr. This week 1st appt. I know it will at least be better!

DO NOT SEE HIM! This office billed insurance incorrectly. You will find yourself spending hours dealing with a nasty receptionist that lies and talks rudely. No customer service and no real treatment given at this doctor. The Dr. will not return calls and will eventually ask you to not be his patient anymore.
