Dr Rybnicek performed an endoscopy while I was wide awake AMF against my will as his anesthesiologist held me down. I am filling a complaint with the NC Medical Board.
Dr. Rybnicek also performed a procedure on a friend of mine. He performed the procedure in his office when it should've been done in a hospital under sedation.
