Vague on answering patient's questions. Keeps patient waiting for more than 1 hour. Updating other doctors on patients condition and care is up to patient and care givers. Does not personally return phone calls, even when requested that he return the call. You are past off to an associate or a nurse who most times does not appear to have reviewed the case file and you are repsonsible for explaining the whole circumstances to again.
