Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Parulis. He and his staff were nothing but kind towards my grandchild. She was anxious and they calmed her completely and provided excellent care.

The office is amazing but don't leave your child alone with this doctor. He could care less and makes that clear rude and non caring. When I wasn't present basically told my daughter the pain from her jaw she had no clue what she was talking about and wouldn't listen to her. Never even looked at her jaw nor examined it.

I asked for nitrous oxide to mask the pain of the novacaine shots, since I was having 5 upper teeth extracted in front. Dr Parulis came in and acted disgusted sine I asktfor the nitrous. When he came back to give the injections the amount of nitrous he gave me wasn’t enough. I screamed and had tears running down my face. He could have cared less He left me on nitrous for the next hour and there wasn’t anybody with me. I had to holler to get a hygienist attention who informed me that Dr Parulis Haag an emergency in another room. When he did come to pull my teeth he spent a total of 15 minutes to pull 5 teeth. I had a death grip on the chair arms as He was hurting me severely. NEVER AGAIN!! Steer clear of this Dr unless you like pain. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Dr. Parulis is great. His front office staff is horrible. The worst staff at any healthcare facility I've ever been to.

I now have a fear of dentists after coming here. I was in pain when I came in and he did not care. Gave me 2 quick shots, came in 10 minutes late and pulled while I was crying and screaming for help. NEVER AGAIN

When I had my wisdom teeth out- pain and no bedside manner- would not recommend for my dog

I have a fear of dentists. You can imagine I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth (and one broken tooth) removed. Dr. Parulis was efficient, competent and empathetic. His staff was timely and friendly. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They provided plenty of after care information with emergency contacts if I were to encounter a complication. If you need oral surgery, I would highly recommend this office. I will be returning there at some point in the near future to have the wisdom teeth on the other side of my mouth removed.

I highly recomend Dr. Parulis, I had my wisdom teeth cut out by him and he did an execellent job! His staff is very attentive, nice, and let you know everything that they are going to do before they do it. I had a problem with dry socket and I called, they got me in that same day, ad helped with the pain. I highly, highly recomend that if you need oral surgury that you go to Dr. Parulis!!

I HIGHLY recommend Parulis and Roanoke Oral Surgery. The staff is friendly, warm, and very comforting when you are a little nervous about dental surgery. The office is clean and new and seems very modern and up-to-date. Dr. Parulis was fantastic too. He seems extremely competent and precise. It almost feels like a robot is performing your surgery and I mean that in a good way. He's a guy you really feel like you can trust to get it right... I highly recommend this place. These people are GREAT at what they do.
