As a dentist, I think she is pretty good. Nowadays how often you get your teeth cleaned by your dentist? It's nice that she does that herself. However, the problem is that she recommends something that is not covered by the insurance. Then her husband who is a registered dental assistant comes in. "Oh, you have a very god insurance! You have $XXXX to spend!" he gets very excited if the allowance is high. And he goes.... "this is not covered by your insurance, but we use a different code to report it to your insurance company, so you pay the difference, okay?" If you dispute the amount, he gets very angry and becomes rude. The doctor stands there and do nothing. I over paid and I still have a credit on my account but they have no intention refund it to me. For him, "credit" means I owe them $. The ones who are planning to go here, you need to make sure to ask for a copy of your account and contact your insurance company to be sure that you did not get over charged.

This is a female dentist. Gentle, explain to details and give you options of treatment. My previous dentist is NOT patient with me. I think for PPO insurance you have to do the copay so I did pay my share. My children are now going to see her. The dentist allowed me to seat next to my daughter when she did check my child. This increase my level of trust in her. I think she is very good but you have to try it. God bless.
