dr. george weinberger is as dangerous and irresponsible a doctor i have ever know. i was looking to get pregnant and was inseminated with my husband's sperm. doctor weinberger DID NOT run the perfunctory pregnancy test before this procedure, missing that i was already pregnant. i began to bleed profusely only to be told that i was having an early miscarriage.....to let nature run its course and try again next month. i repeatedly told dr. w. that i was in pain and the bleeding seemed excessive. and he repeatedly told me i was simply miscarrying. I WAS NOT!!! i had an ectopic pregnancy that had to be diagnosed by another doctor. i was immediately rushed to the hospital where i lost one of my fallopian tubes ( which does not have to happen in the event of an ectopic pregnancy) but was informed that my life was saved just in the nick of time. dr. weinberger tried to offer me a FREE round of IVF. i have my life no thanks to a most dangerous man who should not practice on ANYONE. STAY AWAY!

Dr Weinberger is the most gentle, compassionate and understanding ob-gyn I have ever known. He is also extremely competent and knowledgeable. He made the surgical abortion procedure very short and relatively pain-free, while explaining thoroughly what he would have to do. His staff is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Weinberger was my gyn more than 30 years ago and he delivered my last child who is almost 31. When I moved away from California, I traveled in my job, and for a few years, I was able to get back to California to be checked by him. He made the best decisions ever for me, I have never been able to find any doctor that came even close to him. I am a cancer survivor....I believe if I could have stayed with him, the cancer would have been avoided. That is how much confidence I had in this man. I am sure that he has made some mistakes along the way, but for me, he was the best! Also, the reason I rated him (3) for being on time...he was always out delivering babies :) Love you Dr. G!

I have been a patient of Dr. George Weinberger for 30 years. He has the best bedside manner of a doctor that I have ever met. Warm and always happy to see me. I believe I'm one of his favorite patients. I am now 59 years old and I see him twice a year. I just love him!

Dr. Weinberger has been my doctor for over 20 years and I've always found him to be easily approachable and a good counselor. His associate was on call when my son was born over 20 years ago. He helped me through the last year when I finally underwent a partial hysterectomy to find a solution to my problem. I would give him and his staff the highest rating every!!!

He did not believe I had hyperemesis gravidarum, a pregnancy condition which almost killed me during my last pregnancy. He did not ask for a simple urine test to find out if I had enlarged ketones (an indicator of HG)and told me I had nothing of the kind. He wanted me to decide on the spot whether or not I wanted an abortion. He said he would not submit it to my insurance company if I did and I would have to pay cash because he believed it'd be an elective surgery. He was furious when I wanted to discuss my options with him and said that he had "a business to run" and didn't want to waste his time. Thank God my husband was there because I was really falling apart by this time (and starving and completely dehydrated as well.) The only helpful person in his office ended up recommending another doctor to me and what a difference!!! This person is not just running a business, he is a true doctor. Stay away from Dr. W., especially is you are having HG symptoms. He is horrible!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Weinberger's for almost 34 years! I was a young pregnant 20 year old when we first met. He helped me through a difficult pregnancy, pre-cancerous cells, and several surgeries including a hysterectomy over the years. I have trusted him with my life and he did what he said he would ...kept me alive and well. He never ceases to amaze me with his vast knowledge whether in or outside of his specialty. I drive an 88 mile round trip to see him twice a year and look forward to doing it for another 34 years. LOL, By then we WILL be old! Therese Anderson

After seeing Dr. Wienberger for 9 years I wish I would not have been seen him. I was young and naive. He ran up a HUGE bill, running blood tests and ultra sounds and sticking me with hormones... I ended up in ER, it turns out I was incredibly anemic with 21 fibroids no wonder I wasn't getting pregnant!!! He never followed up with his tests and never kept me informed. I went for a second opinion and 10 mos. later I was pregnant Naturally!!! Women BEWARE do not be charmed by his kiss on the cheek and his charming bedside manners!!!! He needs to retire!!!
