I like the Dr very much. But the guy who sits at the front is always sour.

I never have to wait for Dr. Grandjean and he is an exceptional diagnostician, who places great importance on preventive care. He's helped me with several puzzling problems, even after sub-specialists couldn't. His staff is competent and they are quick to respond if I have a problem with my prescriptions. I've heard from friends who see him that he's very good with children. He's also one of the few doctors in the area who accepts Tricare insurance. I chose this Dr. because he has military experience and was an Eagle Scout. In my experience, he lives up to the moral and ethical codes of those organizations.

The receptionist is always frowning and is the worst example of welcoming and professional I have ever seen. The staff is ok but your being there for a visit seems like a distraction. Dr. Grandjean himself is okay but his staff could use a major update Im sure they dont add to repeat business. I think Ive given enough chance and will be moving on.

Dr Staff is horrible, rude, and unprofessional. Dr Grandjean office overcharged for services that were not even done during the visit.

this is the first time I've ever had to quit a doctor because of incompetent and rude staff, forgetful, missing paperwork, Dr's son at front rude and always nervous and glaring he shouldn't be at the front desk. this group already closed one office, & I suspect will have to do the same again. Doctor has fixed condition so there are prescription he won't write even if you need them but beyond that shortfall the doctor is quite helpful. It's the staff that will do him in and he won't know it because he never sees what goes on when he's in a room. also I think the staff is on partial pay because they're only open certain days of the week and this makes them very gloomy.

Changed medications for my anxiety. Left a message for Dr's assistant complaining of side effects etc. Never received a return call so followed up and voiced my disappointment and the doctor told me I should find another doctor and hung up!

I couldn't rate Dr. Grandjean any higher... He never overbooks and there is never any wait to see him. More importantly, he has been able to help me when no other doctor could. He is always extremely patient and willing to listen, but at the same time efficient and professional. He is simply outstanding.
