After being very ill and going to Middletown hospital and Glasgow emergency I was told to see my family doctor. As my experience in the past, they now do not answer their phone even upon calling 8:30 in the morning I got a recorded message saying they will contact me within 24 to 48 business hours. Call a Friday no ain't no return call call Monday morning took me three times before I get somebody to call me back I got an appointment for Wednesday at 4:15 I'm very sick I had to get someone to drive me there I walked in 4 minutes after my appointment time. I look to the left the waiting area was totally empty. The girl looked at me and said we don't have a 15 minute grace. I don't know what 15 minutes she's talkin about I was 4 minutes late I was looking right at there. She refused me see the doctor because she said I was late and I had to make another appointment. Needless to say I'll be looking for another doctor unfortunately I suggest it her to my daughter and my daughter's father they now go to her but I think they're going to run into the same situation. I really liked Dr Barnett Smith parrot, I haven't had a problem with her but she's very hard to see and when you're not feeling well you need to see your doctor what good is it just to go for a Well Visit? I was hoping that with the follow-up she might have some suggestions I've been sick for 9 days no one has got back to me or let me know anyting I hope they didn't send the results to her because there is no way I'll be able to get them. I like her as a doctor but I can't see her anymore or even get a hold of her. Forcing me to find someone else
