I love this doctor and his staff. They got me in right away. He thoroughly explained my xrays, treated my injury, answered all my questions, and set up my followup. He also helped me with some exercises to strengthen my knee. Dr. Hofer and his staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and I have no problem recommending him to anyone who needs a good orthopedic doctor.

I like Dr. Hofer and his staff. When I first came in to be examined the lady at the window was very sweet, and patient with me. Dr. Hofer really broke a lot of things down for me and helped me understand what was really going on with my knee. He made me feel extremely comfortable by going into a little history about what he's been through and the different surgerys he's done. Ill for sure continue to see him throughout my life since you know what they say..." Once a knee problem, always a knee problem." Thank you Dr. Hofer and staff, your amazing!

Good doctor with rude staff and the worst billing staff I have ever seen. In two years I could not get billing specialist to answer the phone one time. Office staff was rude when I called the office staff to see if I could talk to the billing specialist. Ended up paying $1,200 instead of the $350 I should have paid because billing specialist could not bill the insurance correctly. I would never go back to this doctor because of his office staff and billing specialists. I liked the doctor himself just not the staff.

I didn't feel really comfortable around him. But he wasn't a bad doctor. I would just have preferred someone easier to talk to
