We have been with Dr. Lam for quite some time now and he has always been very professional and caring. He remembers what is going on with us and even though sometimes he may be very busy, he makes the time to question about pertinent details as to what is occurring with us at the present time; he doesn't just rush us through like we're 'just another number'. He takes the time to really listen to us and that is a HUGE plus in any physician! Great Doc!

Often seems flustered, forgetting issues at hand. Seems not to want to discuss medications with patient, expecting them to take blindly whatever is prescribed. He has attributed health issues to me which I do not have. Did he forget which patient he was attending? I do not know. In and out with no time for a dialogue.

Uncaring; pre-occupied on PC (doesn't listen to patient); wants to get in-and-out; not personable; does not remember issues, prescriptions, or previous recommendations; prescription over-dose recommendations; enough said? He is punctual, probably because he doesn't want to miss tee-off time. The staff, on the other hand, is excellent.
