Blue Cross / Blue Shield
I made the mistake of telling her my husband may have ALS. She wrote this as though I MAY HAVE ALS in my chart (not my husband!!). Needless to say this was found when I attempted to get disability insurance, and not in a positive fashion, in my denial letter! If you can't listen to me and make mistakes such as this, perhaps you should choose a profession where it doesn't matter if you listen or not and it doesn't matter how accurate your records are. I think they are hiring street cleaners!
